How ServiceCall works

ServiceCall Transmitter

By aiming and pressing the button on the small infra-red ServiceCall transmitter.

The transmitter has a line of sight range of approximately 50 metres; if you can see it you can trigger it.

ServiceCall Receiver

At a ServiceCall receiver in a petrol station, bank, supermarket, chemist etc attended service will be provided by the outlet.

The receiver will flash several times to confirm the transmitter signal has been received and at the same time will bleep inside to alert staff.

ServiceCall Radio Receiver

A RADIO version of the receiver is also available which allows the bleeper to be positioned up to 50 metres away from the receiver anywhere in the building. Ideal if either staff are not near the window receiver or it is the responsibility of other staff to provide assistance. (a 200metre version is available at extra cost). The bleeper continues to bleep until reset so ensuring staff respond.
